Decorating Techniques

Sublimation:

“Full Color Dye Sublimation – Using top rated software and color matching inks systems dye
sublimation is offered on three ceramic mugs; C-Handle, El Grande, and Heartland El Grande.”

Direct Screen Printing:

“Single color to High speed 5 color simultaneous screen printing. Two types of inks are used ceramic enamel and organic epoxy. Ceramic enamel paints are glass fired over 1100F/700C and are zinc based proposition 65 compliant. This is process is for glass and ceramic containers and it is scratch resistant and dishwasher durable. Organic epoxy inks are used on PET and Stainless unless the customer requests. This ink can achieve a higher gloss and a small color palette the ceramic enamels can not. It is not as durable and scratch resistant.

Decals:

Water Slide Decals – Printed on a 4-Post automatic printer with micro-registration for the most detailed projects. We print full color CMYK or spot color using ceramic enamel or organic inks. This process is for large format or 6+ color projects.

Precious Metals:

Precious Metal Imprints

For metallic gold, platinum, or copper imprints range in price based on quantity from $0.60 to $1.00 (g) per piece, per side, up to 3 square inches of coverage . The pricing is in addition to regular imprint color charge. If the imprint exceeds 3 square inches of coverage, consult the factory for additional pricing. We reserve the right to revise metallic imprints prices at anytime, according to current market conditions. Metallic imprints are not dishwasher safe. Requests for precious metal imprints may cause your order to be delayed. Requesting “metallic gold” will ensure your items will be imprinted with 22k gold.

Microwave safe gold and platinum imprints are available upon request. If you desire this process, “microwave safe” must clearly appear on your purchase order or we will use our regular metallic imprint. Pricing for microwave safe metals are the same as standard metallic imprints. Microwave safe metallic imprints can vary slightly from the appearance and shine of standard metallic imprints. We reserve the right to revise microwave safe metallic imprints prices at anytime, according to current market conditions. Microwave safe metallic imprints are not dishwasher safe.

Sprays:

“Containers are robotically sprayed on a continuous automated conveyor. The paint booth
operates with 4 HPLV spray guns and we use no solvents and only waterborne organic
coatings. The coatings can be custom color matched to the pantone system.

“Mirrorware – A eco-friendly vacuum metallizing process that molecularly bonds a thin film of
aluminum onto the exterior only of glass or ceramic containers. Then organic coated to match
any pantone color and printed. This process like all others offered by Triple Seven are
continuously tested and completely proposition compliant. This is not microwave safe and wash
recommended.”

Lusterware:

“Lusterware – A eco-friendly vacuum metallizing process that molecularly bonds a thin film of
inert metal onto the exterior only of glass or ceramic containers. Metals used include Ni-Chrome. This process like all others offered by Triple Seven are continuously tested
and completely proposition compliant. This is not microwave safe but completely dishwasher
safe.
